User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:102.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/102.0

Steps to reproduce:

Go to a Website that contain a / in the title (like a GitHub page)
Drag and drop the URL to create a shortcut on your desktop

Actual results:

It creates a folder containing the shortcut but sometimes it does not create the shortcut inside the folder

Expected results:

The shortcut should be created be the / would be ignored
With a / , Windows think it point to a subdirectory and not to a single file

A similar problem occurs when the website title contains a : or a .
