1777954 - Remove old and obsolete entries from the signature lists and update changed ones

The prefix, irrelevant and sentinel lists contain a lot of symbols that have accumulated over time. Some of them can be turned into generic rules (for example internal implementations of libc functions), some need updating (like rules for detecting Android modules) and some are plain obsolete and should be removed.

willkg merged PR #6113: "Bug 1777954 - Signature lists overhaul" in 256f815.

I need to update siggen and push that out. I'll do that after this goes to prod.

I deployed this in bug #1782791 just now.

We should notify #stability that some signatures changed. We can point them to the PR comments for examples.
