We're seeing COMPOSITE_TIME showing quite long times for the 99th percentile. At the same time we're seeing those long times not being present in any of the individual probes that we've added to measure work being done in WebRender. To better understand the values in COMPOSITE_TIME, and whether these are accurate and concerning, it would be useful to report several milestones in the process of getting to COMPOSITE_TIME.
