We should be enrolling users in Fx105 for the holdback study and launch experiment in 105.

Trigger mechanism used in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1774071 will also decide when we will be enrolling users for holdback study.

Currently these are in QA using nightly channel:

If those are successful, we can clone/edit for the release channel a week (or two?) before 106 release
