Details
The cache used by QM is currently invalidated when build id changes, so we have to scan the whole storage/ directory during temporary storage initialization. This is especially a problem for Nightly users.

The impact of build id changes will be largely mitigated by bug 1671932, IIUC. We might want to wait for that.
