User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:102.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/102.0
Steps to reproduce:
On 6 july a new Firefox stable and developer has been released.
After update the issue I'm reporting was no more present. For the for the umpteenth time I thought Firefox fixed the issue but, after using the browser a while, the issue is again present.
The issue can be tested in two completely different website:
who use completely different Wordpress theme.
I'm unable to reproduce on Edge.
I use a Wacom pen drive https://www.wacom.com/it-it/products/wacom-intuos (https://www.wacom.com/en-us/products/wacom-intuos)
The two website has a scroll slider elements.
In Firefox those elements doesn't work always correctly. See the GIF attached.
Actual results:
After using the browser a while scroll elements goes on tilt on Firefox developer and stable. It happens also in incognito mode.
Expected results:
Should not happen the tilt issue on scroll elements. It happens also in incognito.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Theme' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

I tried on both Win10 and Win11 with both EN and IT Firefox builds 102.0.1 (20220705093820) and the issue is not reproducing. Must be a Wacom pen issue.
Can you please confirm if issue is reproducing without pen? Thank you so much.

YES, it starts when I use the wacom pen and the issue persist also with mouse... seems a refresh of the page can help but than if the wacom pen is used the issu start to be again.
Please consider that with Chrome and Edge, the issue is not present!

We have some known issues related to pen tablets, e.g. bug 1607216. We have been tracking them in the "Widget: Win32" component as I suspect that improvements to their handling need to be made to the Windows widget layer of our code, so I will move this bug there as well for consistency.
