Hello Dale,

I've tested this on the latest Fx104.0a1, but couldn't find any group label for the quick actions buttons inside the URL bar.
Please check the screenshot for more details.

The layout for the urlbar changes when it is first opened vs when the user types and the quickactions label is not shown until the user starts typing and an action is presented to them matching their search. This is existing / expected behaviour for the labels

Verified as fixed with 105.0b1 and 106.0a1 (2022-08-23) on Windows 10, Mac 11 and Ubuntu 22:

• group label is not shown for 0 prefix quickactions or in actions search mode
• shown when a quickaction is matched with typed query string.
