Bug 1778205 prevents changes to all graveyarded bugs.
This interacts poorly with autonag's spam detection, which marks bugs as invalid and states:
If you think the bot is wrong, please reopen the bug and move it back to its prior component. If your bug description is written in a non-English language, please use Google Translate or a similar service to translate it
Currently the reporter is unable to move an incorrectly classified bug back to its prior component.
Seems simplest to add a carve-out to the editing restriction to allow a bug's reporter to edit a bug but only if it's in the "Invalid Bugs" product.
