Note
- This issue appears with this kind of AcroForm PDF, with this PDF the drag and drop is behave as expected.

Steps to reproduce
- Launch Firefox and set pdfjs.annotationEditorMode = 0
- Access any pdf form, ex: link AcroForm PDF
- Toggle on Add Ink Annotation button and draw something on pdf with holding left mouse button.
- Select the drawing area and drag and drop it somewhere else on the PDF document.
Expected result
- The expectation is not to see that second element so far from where I want to drag the element.
Actual result
- A second element is seen very far from the element (on left side of the original element) and very far from the place where I want to drag the element.
Regression range
- I will come back with regression range ASAP.
Additional notes
- The same issue appears with Add Free Text Annotation.
- On macOS it behaves a little differently.

The page is rotated, hence a rotation is applied on the page and the ghost image when dnd is wrong.
