User story
As a user, I want to be able to rewind PiP video via seek buttons, so I can control the pace of my experience without switching from my primary task.
Acceptance Criteria
- I can rewind a video for a percentage of its total duration via seek forward and backward buttons.
- When I click seek forward and backward buttons, seek slider is moved along the seek bar accordingly.
Summary: Rewind: render seek buttons and rewind via them → Render seek buttons and rewind with them
