In many cases, after downloading a .html file as "save as-HTML only" the size is
displayed as 1 KB, while the file is larger. The downloaded file is OK.
So far this has only happened for files with extension .html


Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Browse to http://www.sapphireplace.com/stories/demere/brigand22-24.html
2. Wait for page to load completely
3. Save the file like this: File => Save Page as => HTML only => <your harddisk>

Actual Results:  
File is displayed as downloaded in Download Manager, with the size reported as 1
KB of 1KB

Expected Results:  
Display file in Download manager with correct size, in above example 34 KB.
