Steps to reproduce
- Launch Firefox and set pdfjs.annotationEditorMode = 0
- Access any pdf form, ex: link
- Toggle on Add Free Text Annotation button with finger, from touchscreen and insert a
text on the pdf document. - Move the text area from one position to another (drag and drop the text area), do this with finger from touchscreen.
Expected result
- Move a text area with finger from touchscreen (drag and drop a text area) works as expected.
Actual result
- It's impossible to move text area (drag and drop text area) with finger from touchscreen.
Regression range
- This is not a regression, this is not supported yet.

This should be partially fixed, at least on some platforms, with bug 1780839.
