Details
I444 format is excluded in bug 1774300 and there is no WPT for it. We need to implement it and add a WPT to check its functionalities.

bug 1873462 comment 14: The WPTs added in wpt PR 44156 (bug 1876202) and PR 44271 (bug 1877244) for pixel format I444 should bedisabled since I444 has not been implemented in Gecko yet. When we are ready to land I444 implementation. These tests need to be enabled.
