Steps to reproduce:

Configure a (network) webcal link.

Actual results:

The "refresh calendar" option shows fixed time intervals or "manual".

Expected results:

Please add an option to use "server recommended refresh rate" or similar.

The IETF RFC-7986 allows the server to request/recommend a refresh rate per calendar (https://icalendar.org/New-Properties-for-iCalendar-RFC-7986/5-7-refresh-interval-property.html). It would be nice (both convenient and polite) to allow us to honor this request.
