User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:102.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/102.0

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open official MDN site: https://developer.mozilla.org/ru/docs/Web/HTML/Element/Input/number
  2. Enter symbols into field
  3. Check bugs on the Bugzilla and find one fixed: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=927435

Actual results:

Characters can be entered, but the value property of the current element contains an empty string

Expected results:

I think that the characters should not be displayed in the input field, as this may confuse the user

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Layout: Form Controls' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
