It is supported by chromium. Though it is not clear yet, how much it improves video quality.

Nvidia also has a similar feature called "RTX Video Super Resolution" which is also supported by Chromium:

The announcement just came on the Videocardz website[1] that Microsoft Edge is moving in the same direction supporting super resolution on Nvidia RTX 20/30/40 series and AMD 5700-7800. I don't know if this is something that Mozilla wishes to pursue, but I just felt I should let the developers know about it.
