When using my browser to download files, it flashes a message about a broken
link and doesn't let the download progress or even start
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to download a flie with an exe in the filename

Actual Results:
It gives an error message about a broken link and doesn't download
Expected Results:
It should begin downloading the file, in the cases I've done they were
installers so they were .exe files specifically

AUstin, could you have a look at bug 171441 and see whether your bug is a dupe?
