Right-click on drop down menu item does not select if right-click context menu is already visible

Details

STR:

  1. enable bookmarks toolbar
  2. create a folder on the toolbar
  3. add two web links to the folder
  4. open folder drop down menu
  5. right-click first item
    (context displayed)
  6. right-click second item while context is visible

result: context menu hides and displays over the second item, but the first item maintains selection. At this point if you choose something in the context, you can't be sure which item will be impacted.

Note if you do choose something like 'delete', the action will target the second (non-highlighted) item as you would expect.

expected: right-click on the second item should highlight it.
