Steps to reproduce:

double click left mouse button on the character '朗' in the string '佐々木朗希'. url is:
https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E4%BD%90%E3%80%85%E6%9C%A8%E6%9C%97%E5%B8%8C

Actual results:

selected strings were only '木朗希'.

Expected results:

selected strings will be '佐々木朗希'.

I think this is similar to how we handle the Chinese and per bug 1569566 comment 3, so switch to Internationalization.

We will use dictionary based breaker by bug 1684927 and ICU4X.

After bug 1719535, double clicking on "朗" in "佐々木朗希" string will select only "朗". This behavior is the same as Google Chrome and Safari, which is web-compatible. The expected result in comment 0 is probably not what we want. I'll close this.
