Steps to reproduce:

I open this file: https://www.betting-und-buss.de/download/Reparatur_Auftrag.pdf

Actual results:

I can fill nearly the hole formular. But the field 'Beanstandung' is not possible to edit.

The PDF document explicitly sets /MaxLen 0 for that Annotation, which probably explains why it doesn't work.

About MaxLen, the specs says: The maximum length of the field’s text, in characters.
So it seems that 0 means unlimited or "should be ignored"...
