https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1782636#c1 moved the bug to a different Bugzilla component and the keywords got dropped. https://github.com/mozilla/relman-auto-nag/issues/1601#issuecomment-1203132335 indicates this is a Bugzilla bug.

I don't believe BMO is doing this as according to the bug history the keyword changes were made by release-mgmt-account-bot@mozilla.tld. I will speak with Marco/Suhaib to see what might be happening here.

This is a bug in the BMO code which was added support the new triage workflow. I will fix this issue.
