Preconditions:
ETP set to STRICT
Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://www.target.com/finds/targetstyle
2. Observe the page

Expected Behavior:
The photos load correctly.

Actual Behavior:
The photos do not load.

Notes:

1. Screenshot provided.
2. Not reproducible with Standard ETP.
3. Reproducible in Private window with both Standard and Strict ETP
4. Same issue with the product photos from the slider (those are posted by the user) https://prnt.sc/2vS95Otxmogi

They're hotlinking to images hosted on edge.curalate.com, which is a known tracking domain. We could maybe let users opt into seeing these at the expense of the tracking.
