Scrolling with pageUp/pageDown keys scrolls too far for comfortable usage when reading longer articles/chats. It has some tiny overlap to never loose lines, but it is not nice to use (at least for me).
Having a preference in about:config to adjust how many percent of the page should be scrolled would make browsing a lot more comfortable.

I'd be willing to provide a patch.
