Details
Steps to reproduce:
I support a designer who wished to save an SVG from a website. They right-clicked on the image.
Actual results:
"Save link as.." appeared in the context menu. They then asked for help when they were unable to save the file. I was able to "Inspect (Q)" and copy Outer HTML. I then saved that code to a txt file. Renamed it with the file extension .svg. Then I was able to send it back to them.
Expected results:
A save SVG as.. could've also appeared.

Generally that SVG won't be valid standalone as it won't contain namespace declarations.
