Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox with the browser.tabs.firefox-view=true
2. Sign in with a FxA account to sync between devices
3. Wait for the notification dot for the available pick up tab pages to be displayed
4. Drag the Firefox View to the customize toolbar section
5. Observe the Firefox View icon display

Expected result

• Firefox View icon with the notification dot is not displayed properly in the customize section

Actual result

• Firefox View icon should be displayed properly in the customize section

Reproduced the issue with Firefox 105.0a1 (2022-08-09) using the steps from the description on macOS 12 and Windows 10. While in the customise section, the FF view icon is displayed with its notification behind it. Once moved outside of the customise section it is displayed with the notification dot as expected.
The issue is verified fixed with Firefox 109.0a1 (20221123094429) on Windows 10 and macOS 12.
I could only test this after setting browser.tabs.firefox-view.notify-for-tabs to true.
