Steps to reproduce
- Launch FF.
- Activate the browser.tabs.firefox-view pref.
- Perform browsing activity on the device(closing each website accessed).
- Go to about:firefoxview.
- Click on any website.
Expected result
- The opened page should not have the back button active.
Actual result
- The opened page has the back button active, and clicking it takes the user to about:newtab

Additional notes
- This happens for websites that are accessed and no traffic is performed further into them.
- For websites that have further traffic within them, the back button takes the user back through the history carousel performed on that website.
- This issue DOES NOT reproduce in Ubuntu 22.

Thanks for flagging this! I think this could be an issue we discuss at a later time to revisit how we might think about updating this behavior. But for now, this logic aligns with current behavior for a New Tab (even outside of the the context of FxView). We'll accept this and proceed for the moment.
