- The issue is noticeable on Live Reels that ended and were saved by user.

Steps to reproduce
- Launch Firefox and go to https://www.instagram.com/ where you log in
- Search some artist who posted and saved any Live Reels
- Click on any saved Live Reel to play it back
Expected result
- The saved Live Reel is play backed without any issues, video being rendered properly.
Actual result
- The video is not being rendered and a black screen is displayed instead.
Regression range
- Not a recent regression because the issue can be reproduced on Firefox 74.01 too.

Does this bug only happen on Windows 7? If so, we can resolve this bug as WONTFIX because Firefox versions >= 116 no longer support Windows versions < 10.

I can no longer reproduce this issue in the latest Firefox 115.0.2 on Windows 7 x64.
