Steps to reproduce
- Launch Firefox
- Go to any article on www.seattletimes.com (e.g. https://www.seattletimes.com/business/travelers-are-starting-to-get-a-break-from-higher-airfares/)
- Enable the Reader view by clicking on the toggle from the location bar
- Click on the "headphones" button from the left menu on the page to listen
- Click Start and then click repeatedly the Forward button
Expected result
- User should be able to navigate through the page using the Forward/Back buttons without any issues.
Actual result
- The browser crashes after using the Forward/Back buttons repeatedly.
Regression range

This is an exciting cocoa crash in TextToSpeechMauiSupport. Over to Cocoa land where people hopefully know where we track macOS ventura bugs and/or how to feed this back to apple (whose bug it almost certainly is if this doesn't repro on older macOS).

Firefox 105.0b8 crashes constantly when listening in reader view(please see Comment 0).

From your crash report (in comment #6) you're still using macOS 13 Beta 4 (build 22A5311f). Apple only fixed this bug in Beta 5 (build 22A5321d). Please upgrade and test again.
