It's not from bug 1783069 because it got backed out and didn't reland while the regression persisted.
Should bug 1783053 only affect Linux and not Android?
bug 1783020 is supposed to have no impact but there is little else left - will do a backout on Try to check.

4a697ec6ca and 3e85a73d1f were bisected and none of them contain the regression.
