I very often have a lot of open tabs while working on my 12" ThinkPad laptop, which is not really wide enough to accomodate a sidebar to hold the tabs vertically (using the nice Tab Center Reborn extension, which otherwise takes a few seconds to load and "squeezes" the contents of the page), so I find myself wanting to quickly use the instantaneous and ephemeral "List all tabs" overflow menu at the right of Firefox's regular tab bar, but I don't want to have to move & aim the mouse to this precise location everytime then back to the tabs to be selected...

...so I would love being able to toggle that menu on/off using the F9 keyboard shortcut, which is not used by anything else right now (as far as I can tell from observed behavior and documentation), though I could imagine that keyboard shortcut being configurable in about:config perhaps.
