I was trying to open b.m.o on Nightly, but the tab would just be blank.
Then I tried in Chrome, and it showed "HTTP Error 429".
Maybe Nightly should show the same error as well?

When got 429, I think Firefox still renders the response body, which is a blank page in this case.
We don't have an error page for 429.
