Preconditions:
• ETP set to STRICT
• Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://nairobiwire.com/2022/08/everything-trending-in-nairobi-this-tuesday-9.html/6#
2. Scroll down the page.
3. Tap on any story from "Recommended stories you may like:".
4. Observe the behaviour.

Expected Behaviour:
The user is redirected to the desired story.

Actual Behaviour:
Nothing happens when the story title is tapped.

Notes:

1. Screenshot provided
2. Not reproducible with Standard ETP
3. Same behaviour in Private
4. Switching between ETP settings without clearing cache might output a different testing result

I see an error TypeError: this.googleSlotTag.setForceSafeFrame is not a function in the console, but adding such a method to our Google Publisher Tags shim doesn't fix this. There are quite a few trackers involved here, and SmartBlock is probably not emulating them seamlessly enough, as the click handler for those recommended links mentions getAdsSize. This will require a deeper investigation.
