Mail is migrated when doing a browser-only install

If a browser-only install is done, the profile migrator still brings across all
the mail from a Netscape 4 profile. As mail files are simply copied, this can
take up a large amount of extra disk space (ridiculous amounts in some cases!).
When installing just the browser component of Mozilla, it should migrate only
the bits that are likely to be needed. Mail should be left where it is.
However, it should be possible to bring it across if the mail component is
installed at a later point.
This almost certainly applies to all platforms, but I've only tested it on Win 2000.

this is working as designed presently- migration does a copy of whatever is in
the N4.x profile directory- does not check what the user chose to install.
Indeed it does apply to all platforms.

This bug is filed in a bugzilla component related to pre-Firefox code which no longer exists. I believe it is no longer relevant and I am therefore closing it INCOMPLETE.
If you believe that this bug is still valid and needs to be fixed, please reopen it and move it to the Toolkit:Startup and Profile System product/component.
