As per the diagnosis at https://webcompat.com/issues/109531, the video on this Twitter page fails to play (Firefox never fires the DOM "canplay" event). Visiting one of the m4s segments in the URL bar (https://video.twimg.com/ext_tw_video/1561387689714360325/pu/vid/0/3000/1280x720/m9egtoJx37B-VFnG.m4s), I see this in the web console:
Media resource https://video.twimg.com/ext_tw_video/1561387689714360325/pu/vid/0/3000/1280x720/m9egtoJx37B-VFnG.m4s could not be decoded, error: Error Code: NS_ERROR_DOM_MEDIA_METADATA_ERR (0x806e0006)
Details: static MP4Metadata::ResultAndByteBuffer mozilla::MP4Metadata::Metadata(mozilla::ByteStream *): Cannot parse metadata
This is happening for me on Linux and OSX, and the user reported that it wasn't playing on Windows 10 for them as well.

This video seems to play for me now. Setting the webcompat-priority flag for re-triage, but without any other examples this may not be a current compat problem.

The link I posted in comment #0 no longer works (even in Chrome), but the video plays for me on Gentoo Linux if I visit the actual Twitter page in the bz URL field. Emilio, do you see any clues in the devtools?

Alright, thanks. Then let's close this for now. If anyone can find another video which is failing, please file a new bug with a link to it.
