As a followup to Bug 1751436, the dynamically registered content scripts that are persisted across sessions should be cleared automatically on addon updates (similarly to the current expected behavior for some other WebExtensions APIs, e.g. menu items registered through the browser.contextMenus API which are kept across browser sessions and addon reloads, but automatically cleared on addon updates).
