As nintendo site users are unable to log in to their account, we can add an intervention to shim window.OnetrustActiveGroups, see Tom's comment.
The are two reports currently, about www.nintendo.de and www.nintendo.fr, but likely other nintendo domains are affected. See https://www.nintendo.com/en-ca/regionselector/ for the current list of regional sites.
