Steps to reproduce:

On windows, pressing RCtrl+RShift while typing in a textbox aligns all text to the right and similarly for LCtrl+LShift. Windows also has the shortcut Ctrl+Shift+X to toggle alignment.

On Linux (tested on all major distros and DE), only Ctrl+Shift+X is available.
