Balrog version 3.20 is ready to be pushed to prod. Please deploy the new Docker images (v3.20) for admin, public, and the agent.

We'd like the production push for this to happen tomorrow morning (September 1st).

There's a schema change in v3.19 (prod is currently at 3.18); it went fine on stage so I don't expect an issue here either.
