Steps to reproduce:
- Log into Gmail
- Select a non-default theme (darker theme will make the issue easier to see)
- Click the "Google Apps" button
Expected results:
The "Google Apps" element is displayed and no extra border is seen
Actual results:
With a darker theme the "Google Apps" element will be dark with a white border around it. This issue can still be seen with the default white theme, but it is much harder to see. I also don't see this issue on 104.

This element seems to be an iframe, so this is probably bug 1787127.
