Steps to reproduce:
Set the Action for for Content Type PDF to "Use Windows default application"
Update Firefox
See that the Action for Content Type PDF is "Save File."
Actual results:
The action for content type PDF was set to "Save File."
Expected results:
The action for content type PDF should have remained "Use Windows default application."
This was was originally Bug #1777736. When the problem didn't happen with the very next update (whatever that was) the bug was closed. 14 days later there was another update (103.0.2) and the bug re-appeared. It is also present with 104.0.1. I would just like to reopen the old bug but I don't know how to do that.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::File Handling' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
