Details

The message-bar component originated in about:addons and used common-shared.css styles for its colours. It is also used in the chrome for the Notification infobars since Proton.

It has carried its common-shared.css usage into the chrome, which we shouldn't be doing. We should find a way to have this component be used in both in-content and chrome contexts without requiring common-shared.css
