When going to the following URL, a message comes up saying that the file can not
be saved because the source file could not be read. The souce file it
references is the local cache file. This is strange because I haven't
downloaded the file before, and the URL is for a remote server and not a local
file.
I was also just now not able to download this URL:
http://tAAt.fi/taat/porrasturvat/SetupPorrast102.exe
Okay, so it looks like I can not download any files right now, because I just
get that reference to my cache.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
