Environment:
Operating system: Android 11 (ONEPLUS A6000)
Firefox version: Nightly 106.0a1-20220904093956

Preconditions:
• ETP set to STRICT
• Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://m.intl.taobao.com
2. Observe the download app button located at the bottom of the page.

Expected Behaviour:
The button can be closed.

Actual Behaviour:
The button has a different UI and is missing the "x" close button.

Notes:

1. Screenshot provided
2. Not reproducible with Standard ETP
3. Reproducible with both Standard and Strict ETP in Private
4. Switching between ETP settings and not clearing cache might result in different outcomes
