CAs cannot select "Root Stores Applying To" in both CCADB Production and Sandbox

This is a Show-stopping bug -- please fix ASAP.

CAs cannot currently select which "Root Stores Applying To" in both CCADB Production and Sandbox.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Login to the CCADB as a CA
  2. Click on the ‘My CA’ tab
  3. Click on the ‘CASES’ tab under the CA Owner’s name, near the top left corner of the page
  4. Click on the ‘NEW’ button, which is on the right side of the page, below the ‘GET URLs’ button
  5. Select ‘CA Root Inclusion Request’, and click on ‘Next’

Problem #1: The "Root Stores Applying To" field is not editable.

  1. Enter a Subject for the Case
  2. Click on Save
  3. Open the Case

Problem #2: The "Root Stores Applying To" field is not editable.

The 'Add/Update Root Cases' button allows users to change 'Root Stores Applying To' field.

Oh, I see. That's confusing.

Closing this bug, as this is the current correct behavior. CA's need to follow the instructions here:
