We'd talked about doing this last cycle but then forgot.
It would be good to update l10n-changesets.json on esr102 to a newer version to pick up string changes that missed the cut-off for the v102 release before we begin the ESR91->ESR102 auto migration. Let's wait until after the Beta->Release merge next week, however, so we can pick up the same set that's due to ship in the v105 release.
