Steps to Reproduce

This is related to a previous bug. I tried opening a new tab, then clicked on something in top sites, then hit the back button to return to the new tab page, then closed the tab and it shows this. it's listed as a new tab but the URL is miro.

Expected Behavior

The page title and URL should be consistent.

Actual Behavior

Recently closed shows a title of "New Tab", yet the listed URL is for a miro.com page.

I'm not able to reproduce this on the latest nightly v106.0a1. Peter and Ray, can you confirm you're on latest nightly when you see this?

Thanks for the verification.
I also reproduced on an old Nightly build from 2022-08-26 and then verified this is fixed using Firefox 106.0b5 across platforms (Windows 10, ubuntu 21.04 and macOS 11.6).
