We've not been using libaom to decode AV1 for some time now, libdav1d is always prefered.

We're behind on updating it, but maybe instead of updating it, we can remove it from the tree.

Eventually, we'll want an AV1 encoder in-tree, for Web Codecs and WebRTC, but maybe there's something better than libaom that we can use, such as rav1e, svt-av1, and/or hardware encoders.
