A blue focus rectangle around the callout that showed up when we initially saw the first tour callout -
it’s a little surprising because there’s no keyboard use inside the page so we wouldn’t normally show keyboard focus highlights for automated focus movement (and the arrowpopup itself isn’t an interactive element so having it be focused is… odd).
