179113 - unable to add/change Description or Name for bookmark's Info from the sidebar

Description

found using 2002.11.08.04 on 10.2.1.

1. open the Bookmarks sidebar.
2. select a bookmark (doesn't matter if it's in the Toolbar).
3. bring up the Info dlg via any of these means: cmd-I, context menu, clicking
pencil icon.
4. type something in the Description textarea.
5. close the Info dlg.
6. reopen the Info dlg.

results: the Description is empty.

note: this is *not* a problem if you edit the Info dlg via the context menu on
the bookmarks toolbar itself.

Nor can I modify the name of a current bookmark or folder in the sidebar or
bookmarks toolbar. Tested under 10.2.1 with 2002-11-09-04 NB.

actually, this isn't a regression --the only way to make these changes take
effect is to tab or click into another field before dismissing the edit dlg. i
guess when it was working for me i hadn't realized that i was clicking or
tabbing elsewhere in the dlg after making the change...
