In bug 1766646, more than 5k revisions were pushed to mozilla-central at once. Today is merge day and our taskcluster worker doesn't expect to take that many commits when merging mozilla-central to mozilla-beta.
We should temporarily let this worker run for longer than it use to. We'll need 4 weeks from now when mozilla-beta gets merged to mozilla-release. Then we'll be able to revert these changes.

Status update: the push eventually went through[1] even though the worker was shut down before getting any acknowledgement from hg.m.o. I checked that new bump commits and tags are here. It all looks good then. We don't need the patches above for this cycle. I'm leaving the PRs open in case we need them a month from now.
In the meantime, I'm closing this ticket as WORSFORME.
